  • 烏日台中高鐵站旁「D-ONE第一大天地」去(113)年風光動土,今(30)日舉辦立柱典禮,台中市政府秘書長黃崇典代表市長盧秀燕出席致詞表示,「D-ONE第一大天地」是全台最大的高鐵站區開發案,開發基地面積超過15公頃,感謝第一大國際開發公司投入超過260億元打造全台最大購物中心,動土不到一年即來到新里程碑「立柱」,市民都非常期待這座商場早日營運。預計115年第4季開幕後,可望創造1萬8,000個就業機會,打造亞洲商業新地標,迎接全球觀光龐大商機。( 台中市政府 )


    “D-ONE The Grand Arena,” located next to Taichung HSR Station in Wuri, officially broke ground last year and held its column erection ceremony today (30th). Taichung City Secretary-General Huang Chong-Dian, on behalf of Mayor Lu Shiow-Yen, stated that D-ONE is Taiwan’s largest development project near an HSR station, covering more than 15 hectares. He thanked First Development International for investing over NT$26 billion to build Taiwan’s largest shopping mall. Less than a year after groundbreaking, the project has reached a new milestone. The public eagerly anticipates its opening. Scheduled to open in Q4 of 2026, it is expected to create 18,000 jobs and become a new commercial landmark in Asia, attracting global tourism and business opportunities.

    D-ONE The Grand Arena, which will be Taiwan’s largest mixed-use department store complex in terms of floor area, integrates various business types including shopping centers, international hotels, Grade-A office buildings, exhibition centers, and entertainment cinemas. This morning (30th), a grand steel column erection ceremony was held, marking a significant milestone in the project. Chairman Eiichi Harashima of First Development International stated that the company is aiming to complete and open the project by Q4 of 2026.

    The competition among department stores in Greater Taichung is heating up! Following the nearly NT$10 billion Hanshin Intercontinental Shopping Mall set to open in Q4 2025, the NT$30 billion D-ONE The Grand Arena, located next to Taichung HSR Station, completed its column structure on the 30th and is scheduled for beam placement by year’s end. It will become the largest single-structure department store complex in Taiwan, aiming for NT$35 billion in its first year of revenue and targeting a Q4 2026 opening. Adjacent to the HSR, TRA, and MRT systems, D-ONE occupies 48,000 pings of land. The project is led by Kuang San SOGO’s First Development International, which signed a 70-year surface rights agreement with the Railway Bureau in November 2021. Construction began in June last year, and in under a year, the project has entered the steel structure phase. After opening in Q4 next year, it is expected to create 18,000 jobs and establish itself as a landmark of Asian commercial development.

    Claimed as the largest investment project among HSR station zones in Taiwan, “D-ONE The Grand Arena” held its steel structure column ceremony on the 30th. The project involves an investment of nearly NT$30 billion and is expected to accommodate between 800 and 1,000 retailers, with projected annual revenue of around NT$35 billion. It is scheduled to begin operations by the end of 2026 and will become the largest department store and entertainment complex in Taiwan. The project site is located next to the Wuri HSR Station, a key junction for HSR, TRA, and MRT. First Development International signed the 70-year development rights agreement with the Railway Bureau in November 2021.



  • 斥資近300億元的全台單一量體面積最大開發案台中高鐵娛樂購物城「D-ONE第一大天地」,今天舉行立柱典禮,預估可容納近千家廠商,年營業額約350億元,創造1.8萬個就業機會,將成為全台最大百貨購物娛樂中心,業者力拚明年底營運。台中高鐵娛樂購物城緊鄰高鐵台中站、土地面積廣達4.8萬坪,2021年11月與交通部鐵道局完成簽約、取得70年設定地上權開發案,去年6月動工,定名為「D-ONE第一大天地」,預計進駐購物中心、電影院、五星級酒店,並搭配A級商辦大樓、國際會議中心等。( 聯合新聞網 )


    The Taichung HSR Entertainment and Shopping Complex “D-ONE The Grand Arena,” the largest single-structure development project in Taiwan with an investment of nearly NT$30 billion, held its column erection ceremony today. The complex is expected to house nearly 1,000 retailers, generate annual revenue of around NT$35 billion, and create 18,000 job opportunities, becoming the largest department store and entertainment center in Taiwan. Located adjacent to Taichung HSR Station and spanning 48,000 pings of land, the project secured a 70-year surface rights development agreement with the Ministry of Transportation and Communications’ Railway Bureau in November 2021. Construction began in June last year, and the site has been officially named “D-ONE The Grand Arena.” The development will include a shopping mall, cinema, five-star hotel, Grade-A office buildings, and an international convention center.

    With an investment of NT$26 billion, Taichung’s Wuri-based D-ONE The Grand Arena—4.8 times larger than Taipei 101 in area—held its steel structure column ceremony today. The underground infrastructure is reportedly complete, with above-ground construction underway. The developer is aiming to open the department store portion by Q1 of next year. Once open, it will be the largest department store in Taiwan, competing with Shin Kong Mitsukoshi in Taichung's 7th Redevelopment Zone and Hanshin Intercontinental Mall in the 14th Zone for the title of Taiwan’s most profitable department store. Located in Wuri District, one of D-ONE's key advantages is its proximity to the HSR, TRA, and MRT systems. It will also include international hotels, office towers, convention centers, theaters, and entertainment complexes, making it a massive multi-functional retail and lifestyle hub.
