The famous American fried chicken chain Popeyes opened its first store in New Orleans, USA, in 1972. As the second-largest fried chicken fast-food brand in the U.S., it has over 4,300 locations worldwide. Popeyes debuted in Taiwan in May 2024 and has since expanded to four locations: Xuchang Store, Guangfu Store, Taipei 101 Store, and NTU Gongguan Store.
